What’s included?

The tracking fee covers the rental of the GPS Tracker and display on the event map. The tracker will be distributed by the organization prior to the start.

The tracker must be returned to the organization after the event. If the tracker is not returned to the organization after the event, a penalty of EUR 25 per week will be charged. After 4 weeks, if the tracker has not been returned, it will be considered lost.

If a GPS tracker is lost or unusable due to unreasonable handling, it must be replaced by Follow My Challenge. The cost incurred for the replacement is EUR 150 including VAT.

Refund policy:
A full refund, minus a EUR 10 administrative fee, is applicable until May 15th, 2024. No refunds will be issued after that date.
